property, or you may take it with you to provide peace of mind in your new
home in our service area. This plan also covers any properties you own or
manage. - Always receive value rate pricing (discount varies per job and the technician
can provide the discount information when estimating the work). - Annual whole house inspections on one property of your choice at no
additional cost. This helps you maintain your plumbing system. - Extends the standard warranty from 1 year to 2 years.
